Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a COMSEC Engineer II to help ensure security and intelligence compliance with NSA and DoD requirements. The role emphasizes developing, implementing, and maintaining COMSEC key management architectures and coordinating with government customers.

The candidate will manage cryptographic equipment lifecycle, support EKMS/KMI processes, and contribute to accreditation efforts in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4+ years of COMSEC experience in key architecture and ECU deliverables.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SAR eligibility.
• IAT/IAM Level II certification.
• Familiarity with NSA UIC process and EKMS/KMI systems.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain COMSEC key management architectures.
• Support lifecycle management of cryptographic equipment and ECU deliverables.
• Coordinate COMSEC activities with system developers and government customers.
• Maintain compliance with COMSEC policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
• Utilize KMI and EKMS processes for cryptographic material distribution and accounting.
• Provide technical support for cryptographic implementations, including testing.
• Assist with COMSEC account inspections and corrective actions.
• Support certification, accreditation, and implementation of cryptographic solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and security artifacts.
• Collaborate with government and international partners on interoperability.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend cryptographic technologies and modernization efforts.
• Communicate technical information via reports and briefings to leadership.
