Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• KMI/COMSEC certification preferred.
• Security+ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: ensure secure handling, storage, and safeguarding of CCI and keying material per NSA/DoD standards.
• Project Execution: act as BIW's COMSEC Account Manager with inventory, audits, reconciliations, and inspections.
• Training and Development: train alternate COMSEC custodians and Navy personnel on key handling and procedures.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with program managers and stakeholders, report status and audit findings, pursue process improvements.
