Qualifications

• 3+ years in satellite communications, RF, space systems, or related disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience analyzing technical data and producing written assessments.
• Strong analytical, writing and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical analysis of foreign COMSAT systems, constellations and infrastructure.
• Assess satellite architectures, payload designs, transponder tech, antennas and networks.
• Analyze performance, coverage, capacity, bandwidth, and frequency usage.
• Characterize capabilities and modernization programs across civil, military and government sectors.
• Evaluate emerging tech such as HTS, software-defined payloads, optical comms, and proliferated architectures.
• Assess resiliency, anti-jam, cyber vulnerabilities and survivability of SATCOM.
• Analyze launches, deployments and on-orbit operations of satellites.
