Job summary

KBR Careers in the United States seeks a Space Systems & SATCOM Intelligence Engineer to analyze foreign space, SATCOM, and ISR architectures, focusing on communications networks, satellite capabilities, and support to counter-space and strategic intelligence missions.

You will assess adversary SATCOM systems, payloads, frequencies and ground infrastructure, evaluate space-based ISR and satellite communications, and develop intelligence products on vulnerabilities and operational concepts,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field.
Experience analyzing satellite communications or space systems.
Knowledge of RF communications principles.
Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

Analyze adversary SATCOM systems and communications architectures.
Conduct assessments of communications payloads, frequencies, waveforms, and ground infrastructure.
Evaluate space-based ISR and satellite communications capabilities.
Develop intelligence products covering satellite vulnerabilities and operational concepts.
Assess technical developments in foreign space and communications programs.
Support identification of collection opportunities and intelligence gaps.
