Job summary

Stratum Networks is seeking a talented professional to support a DoD/IC client in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role emphasizes SharePoint Server administration, back-end focus, and strong Windows Server expertise, with remote user support and automation tasks.

The ideal candidate has DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or higher, along with strong .NET/C# development skills and experience in scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint Server installations and configurations.
• Provide remote assistance via tickets, phone, and email.
• Maintain Windows Server environments (2016+), apply patches, and migrations.
• Develop with .NET/C#, REST APIs, and front-end web technologies.
• Utilize PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.

Stratum Networks is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides high-end network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to hire for this position is pending award of the contract to KBX.
• Exposure to and experience with SharePoint Server required.
• Back-end SharePoint experience highly preferred over front-end/design experience.
• Strong previous experience with Windows Server 2016 and greater, including standard server maintenance, OS patching, and migration.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and be able to assist users through a variety of remote support capabilities (ticketing, phone, email, etc.).
• Experience with scripting (Powershell) and automation techniques Desired:
• IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) experience desired
• .NET, C#, Rest API/jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, Optimal IdM, user liaison experience, and writing documentation a strong plus.
• Experience with SharePoint associated products (Designer, Visio, InfoPath, Visual Studio, PowerShell,) desired.
• Pro‑active and self‑motivated team member.
• Ability to follow instructions and excellent communicator.

Salary: $131k - $198k depending on experience and contract.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in a Computer Science or Math related field and six (6) years experience with software development.

An Associate’s Degree with ten (10) additional years; or a Bachelor’s Degree with eight (8) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree.

Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP)
