Day (United States of America) Department: 100 - 823400 TG - Information Technology - Help Desk Position Description: The Computer Systems Analyst provides technical assistance and coordination to information systems end users including testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and application problems.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and/or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may apply.
