Job summary

JASINT is seeking a highly experienced Computer Security System Specialist Level III to serve as a principal security policy advisor. The role requires translating federal DHS/IC policy into actionable plans and overseeing their execution while collaborating with the I&A CISO team.

Applicants should have 10+ years of cybersecurity project experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a TSSCI with Poly clearance. This is an on-site position in Washington DC with competitive benefits.

What you will be doing

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Principal security policy advisor to the I&A CISO Knowledgeable of Federal DHS and IC cybersecurity policy and guidance; experienced with cloud and on premise environments and with translating policy into implementable plans and overseeing their execution Requires excellent communication skills

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements Experience At least 10 years demonstrated experience in cybersecurity projects of similar size and scope

Education

A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university

Certifications

DESIRABLE not required CISSP or CISM in good standing at award and throughout the PoP

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required The ability to move files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary would be required
