Job summary

JASINT in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert Level II to oversee the operational security posture of assigned information systems and work closely with the system owner.

The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly, 2+ years in A&A, FISMA, continuous monitoring, and secure cloud/hybrid engineering, plus a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications. You will lead security posture initiatives and ensure IC policy compliance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in A&A, FISMA compliance, IC cybersecurity policy and standards, continuous monitoring and CDS.
• Secure cloud and hybrid engineering with automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Senior ISSO responsible for the operational security posture of assigned information systems.
• Collaborate closely with the system owner to maintain compliance and risk posture.
• Lead security initiatives and support IC policy implementation and monitoring.

What you will be doing

Senior ISSO responsible for the operational security posture of assigned information systems working in close collaboration with the system owner

Experience spans

A&A FISMA compliance IC cybersecurity policy and standards continuous monitoring CDS and secure cloudhybrid engineering including automation of A&A and continuous monitoring activities PWS A2; PWS 332

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements Experience At least 2 years recent experience in EACH of A&A; FISMA compliance; IC cybersecurity policy and standards; continuous monitoring; CDS; and secure cloud and hybrid engineering with at least 10 years total related experience

Education A Bachelors Degree from an accredited university

Certifications Required

CISM CAP or GRC Certification in good standing at award and throughout the PoP OR comparable demonstrable experience

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required The ability to move files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary would be required
