Computer scientist for our IT projects & support 50-100%

• um 14:20
• You answer support requests from our customers, resellers and business partners by phone, chat or email in a friendly and cheerful manner and help to identify the problem as the first point of contact
• You guarantee individual support and are able to handle even complex support tickets independently
• You accompany IT projects through to successful completion
• You know our products and are able to show them to customers and explain technical details.
• You take part in product development and contribute your ideas.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm in the areas of software and web applications, servers, virtualization, web hosting, domain, emails, IT security and general IT support, Plesk and C-Panel, Linux
• Good understanding of technical contexts
• CMS knowledge is an advantage, such as Wordpress or alternative solutions
• High level of quality awareness, independence, reliability and customer orientation
• Good communication skills in German as well as English and/or French
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist, building IT specialist, ICT specialist or similar with several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of automation is an advantage
