To expand our team, we are looking for a technically experienced IT employee (m/f/d) with a sound knowledge of SQL and good German and English skills. Your main tasks will include customer support and quality assurance for our software solutions.

Our business areas include the development and distribution of our solutions as well as the associated consulting and training services.

• Customer service and technical support by phone, e‑mail or ticket system
• Identifying, analyzing and solving technical problems and requests
• Documentation of customer inquiries and solutions
• Recording customer requirements and creating corresponding specifications
• Carrying out tests and quality assurance measures for our software products
• Active participation in the further development and optimization of support processes
• Implementation and evaluation of business analyses

Training or studies? Basically "nice to have", but not a prerequisite for us. We are also happy to accept applications from career changers, as long as you meet the above requirements. What counts is your motivation, professional experience and specialist know-how!

Qualifications / Requirements

You're bringing:

• Sound SQL and database knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Structured, solution‑oriented and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team, customer orientation and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Hands‑on mentality
• Knowledge of business management contexts is an advantage, but not a must
