Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, infrastructure support, systems support, or technology environment required.
• Certification in ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ or Network+, or cloud fundamentals, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine system administration tasks including user account maintenance, access provisioning, and basic configuration updates.
• Monitors system availability and basic performance indicators, escalating anomalies, alerts, and service disruptions to senior team members for resolution.
• Maintains accurate, organized system records, configuration logs, and administrative documentation that support audit readiness and operational traceability.
• Executes scheduled maintenance tasks, system checks, and administrative workflows following defined runbooks and step-by-step procedures.
• Supports incident and service request intake by logging tickets, gathering required information, and routing issues to the appropriate team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science/information systems

Shift: Monday through Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: 1001 W. Taylor Rd., Romeoville, IL 60446 Pay Range: $26.00 - $ 29.00

Certifications:

Full time Salary Range* $52,000 - 81,620 *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
