Responsibilities

• Verify inbound orders in the customer order management system and monitor for late or unscheduled orders.
• Communicate missing store information to transportation and warehouse teams.
• Ensure inbound orders are processed correctly in warehouse management systems.
• Process daily orders, manually releasing orders as needed.
• Monitor systems during billing cycles and report issues.
• Document problems and coordinate resolutions with helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot and maintain label printers and other equipment.
• Perform system administration audits and monitor daily jobs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in warehouse operations or system support.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker with good time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS, COSMOS, TSO/VCICS, and MS Office preferred.

Additional Information
