Are you a skilled Offline CNC Programmer with a passion for precision and performance? We are a leading aerospace manufacturer seeking a detail-driven and experienced CNC professional to join our advanced machining team.

In this role, you’ll be creating and optimizing CNC programs for HAAS Mill 4- and 5-axis machines using Mastercam in an offline environment, producing high-spec components for the defense and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam (or equivalent) in an offline programming environment
• Generate accurate toolpaths from complex engineering drawings and aerospace specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure part accuracy and process reliability
• Continuously improve machining strategies for efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability
• Program metrology or probing systems for sub-micron measurement accuracy at the end of machining cycles

Requirements

• Proven experience offline programming HAAS CNC machines (4- and 5-axis)
• Advanced proficiency in Mastercam (Mill 2D/3D and Multi-Axis)
• Strong understanding of G-code, speeds & feeds, and aerospace-grade materials
• Familiarity with tight tolerances and first article inspections (FAIs)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous experience programming metrology or probing systems – end of cycle
