Job Title: Fabrication & Moulding Manufacturing Technician (Temp to Higher Position)

Pay Rate: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Temporary – 2/3 month contract – Temp to perm – First Shift

We are currently seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Fabrication and Moulding Manufacturing Technician to join multi-billion $ tier 1 aerospace and defense manufacturer in San Fernando. This role supports their production team in the fabrication and moulding processes, contributing to the manufacturing of high-quality aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Technician:

• Operate moulding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare moulds, mix materials, and monitor curing processes
• Trim, assemble, and finish products according to specifications
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with equipment maintenance and other production-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fabrication, moulding, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
