Job summary

Industrial Talent Group in Longmont, CO is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for a precision machining operation focused on aerospace, space, and defense components. The ideal candidate will be a mastercam mill programmer who can take jobs from print to finished part and work with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis programming.

Shift: 1st Shift

We are hiring an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for a rapidly growing precision machining operation in Longmont.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Mastercam mill programmer who can take a job from print to finished part. We are open to candidates coming from 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis programming backgrounds.

The shop supports high-precision aerospace, space, and defense manufacturing and continues to invest heavily in new CNC equipment and technology.

What You'll Do

• Take jobs from print to finished part
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Perform basic machine setups
• Complete tool changes and offsets
• Load tooling, inserts, and raw material
• Make adjustments to feeds and speeds
• Troubleshoot programs and machining issues
• Produce tight-tolerance precision components

What We're Looking For

Required:

• CNC mill programming experience
• Hands-on Mastercam experience
• Ability to program parts from print to part
• CNC setup experience
• Working knowledge of GD&T

Highly Preferred:

• 4-axis or 5-axis programming/setup experience
• Tight-tolerance machining
• Recent versions of Mastercam
• ProShop ERP experience

Compensation

3-Axis: Up to $38/hr

5-Axis: Up to $43/hr
