Starting pay is $27.25/hr and requires completion of 9 month machining training program or equivalent.What You’ll DoRun CNC lathes, mills, and related machines to create in-spec components.Review blueprints and work instructions; complete accurate setups.Load material, monitor cycles, and maintain quality and throughput.Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; document measurements.Make routine offsets and tool changes; perform minor adjustments.Identify defects, report equipment issues, and propose process improvements.Keep thorough production and inspection records.Practice safety, use PPE, and sustain 5S/housekeeping standards.Work closely with supervisors, quality, and maintenance to achieve goals.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Prior CNC or manufacturing experience preferred.Skilled at reading prints and following written directions.Experienced with precision measurement tools.Familiar with machining fundamentals, tooling, and quality expectations.Detail-driven, strong problem-solver, and effective communicator.Team-oriented and able to work independently.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periods.Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Frequent bending and reaching while handling materials and finished parts.Comfort working near machinery with noise and temperature variation.Work ScheduleFull-time position.Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet demand.Pay & DevelopmentStarting pay is $27.25/hr and requires completion of 9 month machining training program or equivalent.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package that may include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysLife and disability insuranceCareer advancement and training opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.
