Star is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team in Minneapolis. You will set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, or routers to produce precision parts, read blueprints and work orders, and ensure consistent quality.

Maintain a clean, safe work area, perform routine machine maintenance, and troubleshoot as needed. This role supports a collaborative environment with competitive wages and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Experience operating CNC machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
