Lancesoft is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist in North Versailles, PA. You will read blueprints, develop G-code/M-code programs, and set up multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to meet tight tolerances.

Position Summary

• Equipment Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC milling machines and lathes.
• Blueprint & GD&T: Proficient in reading engineering blueprints and applying GD&T standards.
• Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to detail with experience performing self-inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational certification or Associate degree in Precision Machining/Manufacturing Technology is preferred.
