Job summary

Integral Consulting Services, based in North Carolina, seeks a Computer Network Architect, Journeyman to provide DevSecOps and Agile IT support for USCG ISD systems. You will install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN and related network services, ensuring availability and performance for mission-critical users on site.

The role requires security remediation experience, network design skills, and at least a year in Agile DevSecOps practices, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in CS/IT/Math or related field, or IT Certification.
• Two years remediating security vulnerabilities based on scans.
• Two years designing and implementing network solutions.
• One year in an Agile DevSecOps environment.
• One year using Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Overview

Provide DevSecOps and Agile IT support services for operational mission support for the systems under the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Information Systems Division (ISD) portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support an organization's Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
• Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
• Performs a variety of network engineering tasks which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated networks, including personal, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment.
• Installs; configures and maintains software in a client/server networked environment. Installs LANs as well as WANs.
• Assists in providing technical documentation to support installation activities. Assists with Customer on-site surveys.
• Participates in the preparation of drawings and reports documenting and recording on-site activities. Interfaces with customers, end users and team members for site activities as directed. Performs systems checkout/test and introductory training as required. Perform trips to customer sites for installations, surveys, and audits.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, or related field or at minimum IT Certification. Two () years' experience is equivalent to one (1) years of education.
• Two (2) years of performing security remediation to systems with vulnerabilities based on security scans.
• Two (2) years of experience designing, analyzing, evaluating, configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing network solutions.
• One (1) year of experience in an Agile DevSecOps software and engineering environment and Methodologies.
• One (1) year of experience Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent.
• Secret Clearance
