Our company is looking for a Computer Help Desk Representative to assist in providing the company’s basic services through direct contact or indirectly via telephone, Skype, or email.
Personnel in this category is expected to approach our customers with tact, courtesy, and discretion to reflect our excellent corporate practices as well as through knowledge of company products and internal processes. The position is subjected to a considerable amount of independent work action.

QUALIFICATIONS
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and speak Spanish is a must, English is highly desirable, and Portuguese is a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint is a plus.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
