• Assist in monitoring SMT AOI SPI and Selective solder equipment for performance issues.
• Help engineers collect and analyze production data, defects, cycle times, yields.
• Participate in DOE and continuous improvements projects.
• Develop or maintain small software tools, scripts in Python, C for data collection and automation.
• Support integration of shop floor equipment with IFS systems.
• Assist in building dashboards for process monitoring, quality tracking, and engineering reporting.
• Contribute to documentation updates and test jig development.

What Youll Do

• Assist in monitoring SMT AOI SPI and Selective solder equipment for performance issues
• Help engineers collect and analyze production data defects cycle times yields
• Participate in Design of Experiments DOE and continuous improvements projects
• Develop or maintain small software tools scripts Python C for data collection reporting and automation
• Support integration o shop floor equipment with IFS systems
• Assist in building dashboards for process monitoring quality tracking and engineering reporting
• Contribute to documentation updates
• Assist in developing test jigs fixtures or simple PCBs to aid production and validation
• Co Op gains experience in Hands on experience with PCB assembly processes and test methodologies
• Understanding the interaction of hardware software and manufacturing systems
• Build practical skills in data analysis automation and process improvement
• Experience the engineering problem solving cycle from defect discovery to solution implementation

What Youll Bring

• Sophomore Junior or Senior interested in computer engineering
• 30 GPA or greater
• Experience with C Azure Java Python
