Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Compute Space) in San Francisco, primarily onsite. You will drive hardware programs across EVT through MP, coordinating with engineering, ODMs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and robust production readiness.

You will manage schedules, risks, and status reports, building strong cross-functional collaboration and maintaining critical documentation for leadership review.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management for hardware or compute platforms.
• Experience guiding EVT/DVT/PVT and mass production processes.
• Strong understanding of compute hardware design and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware program dependencies across suppliers, ODMs, and internal teams to meet on-time deliveries through EVT, DVT, PVT and MP.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support multiple compute NPI programs and manage risks and action items.
• Maintain SOT schedules from vendors through the core team and provide weekly updates.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across development, validation, and production.
• Prepare and maintain program docs, dashboards, and status reports for leadership.
• Consolidate feedback from engineering for management updates.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues impacting hardware development and production readiness.
• Support day-to-day program execution, including meetings, action-item tracking, and status updates.
• Ensure accurate schedules and dependencies are accessible to the team.
