Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience with HPC and publishing computational science results.
• Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty and research staff in adapting computational strategies to biomedical research needs.
• Work with high-performance compute clusters, parallel file systems, GPUs, and databases.
• Develop software and methods to explore, analyze, and visualize complex biological data.
• Participate in design and execution of collaborative biomedical studies.
• Assist team in applying computational systems to accelerate scientific discoveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
