Job summary

Owkin is seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute analyses across projects targeting novel drug targets, biomarkers, and disease subtypes through reverse translation of multi-omics data. You will analyze datasets with omics methods and ML algorithms, and help design validation strategies with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds an MSc/PhD in computational biology or related field with experience in omics datasets and cancer biology.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, biology, machine learning, or related field.
• Experience with omics data, NGS pipelines, and integrating multi-omics datasets.
• Knowledge of molecular and cellular biology, especially in cancer or human diseases.
