Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair air compressors and related equipment on-site in the United States. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and propose upgrades while delivering exceptional customer service.

Opportunity to advance as many leaders began as technicians, with access to industry training and a company vehicle. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; reliable and organized.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and parts.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision.
