Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Technician I or II – Compressor Mechanic in Midkiff, TX. The role focuses on maintaining compressor packages and equipment, and providing feedback on operation. You will assist in planning preventive maintenance and support field locations.

The position is safety sensitive with a Monday–Friday schedule. A high school diploma and relevant engine experience are required, with preferred Waukesha and Ariel compressor experience.

Qualifications

• Caterpillar engine experience required.
• Waukesha engine experience preferred.
• Ariel compressor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of compression process or related experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical technician duties maintaining compressor packages and equipment.
• Provide feedback on compressor operation and performance.
• Assist in planning and organizing preventive maintenance.
• Support maintenance activities at field locations as needed.
