Educational Background

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Journeyperson card or five (5) years documented related experience in the trade
• Formal training at a recognized trade school
• College or machine/equipment maker
• Experience in all areas of machine maintenance

Work Experience

Required:

• Industrial background with knowledge of PLC's
• Understands and able to modify ladder logic for troubleshooting and Kaizen

Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair down machines and other machine maintenance as necessary
• Kaizen activities to prevent reoccurrence of machine breakdowns
• Assist with Quality Circle activities within the maintenance teams
• Assist production when required

Schedule (8-hour shifts)

• 1st shift (not available for new hires currently)
• 2nd shift 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd shift 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 5‑day work week
• Limited weekend OT
• Volunteer OT available

Shift codes: Green – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Red – 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
