Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare compression molds on press machines per work orders.
• Calibrate scales and weigh raw plastic materials for molds.
• Trim and finish molded products to spec.
• Safely handle and transport molded parts between processes.
• Record production data in SAP and generate documentation.
