Responsibilities include data entry in SAP, material handling, and collaboration with engineers to optimize processes. Eligible candidates must be 18+, have a year in manufacturing, and pass safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing setting experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• 18+ and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate compression molding machines per work orders.
• Calibrate scales and weigh materials accurately.
• Maintain documentation and SAP transactions.
• Promote safety and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Support continuous improvement activities (6S, Kaizen).
