Job summary

Saint-Gobain is hiring a Compression Molding Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM). The role requires setting up mold tooling and materials per work orders, operating molding presses, using tool handling equipment, and forklifts to move materials. Employees will run production orders safely while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment Molding Plastic Parts.
• Good basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operation skills and basic computer experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up mold tooling and material per work order instructions.
• Operate molding presses and tool handling equipment; use forklift to move materials.
• Run production orders safely while maintaining quality of molded product.
• Maintain 5S practices before, during, and at shift end.
