You will set up, operate, and monitor compression molding equipment, following SOPs and strict quality standards to ensure reliable materials for our advanced products. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Basic math calculations and data entry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare compression molds on press machines per work orders.
• Calibrate scales and weigh raw plastic materials to meet specs.
• Trim and finish molded products to required dimensions and surface quality.
• Safely transport molded materials to ovens or staging areas.
