Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical training or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma; forklift certification required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and in a shop with weather exposure.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble compressor packages and related products.
• Perform modifications to systems and components.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair assembled products.
• Train on assembly of various products and cross-train to other lines.
• Follow manufacturing procedures to ensure timely workflow.
• Maintain 6S standards and cleanliness in the plant.
• Complete daily/weekly safety and 6S logs.
• Report BOM issues to Engineering using BOM deviation forms.
• Document problems using NCR forms.
• Perform physical labor in hot/cold environments; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to Safety First and energy/resource efficiency policies.
