Qualifications

• 2–5 years of technical training or equivalent experience.
• High School diploma with some technical training in mechanical and/or electrical systems; forklift certification preferred.
• Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills and the ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic, and work instructions. Must also be able to work independently. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble compressed air products and packages, including mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• Perform general assembly and modifications of compressor packages systems, blowers, dryers, filters and other related products.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair products after assembly.
• Train for assembly of various products and cross-train to other assembly lines.
• Maintain safety and 6S standards; follow SafeStart safety processes and Atlas Copco safety policies.
• Complete daily/weekly safety compliance and 6S logs.
