Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs in New Albany, OH is hiring Compounding Technicians on 2nd shift to join our expanding manufacturing team. This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on precise mixing, compounding, testing, and ensuring products meet strict quality standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of compounding experience (cosmetic/personal care preferred), forklift certification, and good math and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years compounding experience; cosmetic/personal care preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow policies.
• English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math proficiency and ability to interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to complete manufacturing of personal care products.
• Ensure all production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with Compounding Supervisor/Manager and staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.
• Safely handle, store, and manage materials required for production.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment for safe operation.
• Participate in ongoing company training and cross-training programs.
• Perform other duties to support production goals.
