Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; strong math and reading skills.
• Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and OSHA; wear PPE correctly.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand long periods.
• Comfort around hot water, cleaners and industrial equipment.
• Attention to detail and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stage and measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything compliant.
• Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed.
• Document everything in SAP to keep inventory accurate.
• Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, chemical environment.
