Bright Innovation Labs in New Albany, OH, is seeking Compounding Technicians to join our expanding production team. This full-time direct-hire role focuses on precise mixing, processing, and testing of personal care ingredients to meet strict customer specifications.

You'll work with GMP and safety procedures, maintain records, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of compounding experience in personal care.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.
• Attention to detail and dependability.
• Able to follow GMP, SOP, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to complete the manufacturing process.
• Ensure production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment for safe operation.
• Perform duties to support production goals.
