• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a high-volume production setting
• Follow all USP and facility-specific compounding standards to ensure product quality and patient safety
• Perform quality checks throughout the compounding process, including calculations, measurements, and documentation
• Prepare and label medications for dispensing in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding workspace at all times
• Monitor inventory levels of compounding supplies and raw materials, flagging shortages as needed
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to keep production moving efficiently and meet daily volume goals
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials where applicable
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows and maintain consistent quality

Job Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or certification as required by state regulations
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical compounding is required
