Qualifications

• Experience with compounding processes and potency testing.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Compound medications per logs and procedures.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and calibration records.
• Follow safety and gowning procedures.
• Submit samples for potency testing as required.
• Follow daily plans from the Compounding Pharmacist.
