Job summary

Hotze Health & Wellnes Center is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest experiences by preparing high-quality compounds per SOPs. You will manage daily workflow, ensure potency testing, and uphold strict procedures with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include performing compounding, maintaining equipment, PPE compliance, and documenting calibration and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified pharmacy technician registered in Texas.
• Proficient with PK Compounder and Script Pro software.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong guest relations.
• Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform compounding according to logs and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper use of equipment.
• Follow gowning and safety procedures for PPE.
• Routinely submit samples for potency testing.
• Follow daily plan set by the Compounding Pharmacist.
• Seek and implement process improvements.
• Ensure documentation is complete (calibrations, cleaning).
