A fast-growing pharmacy in Fairfield, OH (about 30 minutes from Cincinnati) is seeking aCompounding Pharmacy Technicianfor a contract-to-hire opportunity. Join a specialized team involved in preparing high-quality compounded medications shipped across 29 states.

Position Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13-week contract to hire
• Shift: 2nd shift (12:00 PM 8:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM) flexibility required
• Location: On-site in Fairfield, OH
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare non-sterile compounded medications including capsules, creams, gels, ointments, lotions, and pellets
• Assist with sterile compounding for eye medications and IV injections
• Perform prescription data entry, medication filling, and prepping orders for shipment
• Work with PioneerRx pharmacy software
• Support daily pharmacy operations with accuracy and safety
  
  

Qualifications

• 12 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred, especially with non-sterile compounding
• Willingness to train strong retail technicians with compounding interest
• Ohio pharmacy technician license in good standing required
• PTCB certification preferred but not mandatory
• Able to interview on-site in Fairfield, OH
