Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I to support the compounding process in a clean room environment under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. The role focuses on accurate medication preparation, labeling, and adherence to state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year pharmacy technician experience.
• Must be licensed or registered if required by the state.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsabilités

• Assists pharmacist with the preparation and dispensing of medications and supplies in accordance with policies and state regulations.
• Prepares medications so they are accurately compounded.
• Performs basic pharmaceutical calculations to obtain correct dosages.
• Accurately labels and packages medications.
• Participates in the process for assessing, managing, and reporting medication related incidents.
