Job summary

Titan RX in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the Pharmacist-in-Charge in preparing and dispensing compounded medications with precision and compliance. This role emphasizes sterile and non-sterile compounding aligned with USP standards and requires detail orientation, organization, and experience in a regulated pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) in Nebraska.
• 1–2 years of compounding pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of USP 795 and 797 standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound non-sterile and sterile medications per USP 795, 797, 800.
• Maintain clean, compliant compounding environment and proper documentation.
• Process prescriptions: input, labeling, and recordkeeping.
• Monitor inventory of compounding ingredients and supplies.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and regulatory protocols to protect patient care.
• Package, ship, and communicate internally for patient orders.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and quality personnel to ensure accuracy.
