Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an active Utah pharmacist license, have compounding experience (sterile and non-sterile), and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active Utah pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience with compounding (sterile and non-sterile) preferred.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, USP <797>, and USP <800> and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, and formulate customized medications based on prescriptions.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including injections, ophthalmic preparations, topical formulations, capsules, and other dosage forms.
