Job summary

Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, UT seeks a Pharmacist to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN positions with a focus on compounding and customized therapies.

You will work closely with prescribers and patients to ensure safe, effective medication solutions. The ideal candidate holds an active Utah pharmacist license, has compounding experience, and is committed to accuracy, patient safety, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Active Utah pharmacist license in good standing.
• Compounding experience preferred (sterile and/or non-sterile).
• Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, <800> and compounding standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a pharmacy team.
• Willingness to supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compound, and formulate customized medications based on prescriptions.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Conduct quality checks and documentation for safety and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with prescribers to develop customized therapies.
• Communicate with patients and providers about prescriptions and options.
