Responsibilities include reviewing and dispensing medications, preparing compounded formulations, ensuring safety and compliance, and advising patients on medications, dosages, and interactions while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Compounding experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescription medications.
• Prepare compounded medications in accordance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Ensure medication accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Consult with patients regarding medications, dosage, storage, and potential interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor medication therapy and resolve drug-related concerns.
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and operational standards.
• Support pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy support personnel as needed.
