Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Compounding Pharmacist for a leading health and wellness organization recognized for workplace excellence. You will supervise pharmacy technicians, perform and document compounding and quality checks, verify formulas and records, and maintain strict USP and regulatory compliance.

Shifts run 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 5:30 PM–4:00 AM. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, generous PTO, 401(k) with matching, stock options, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, <800>, and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.
