Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist for a leading health and wellness organization recognized for excellence. The role emphasizes supervising technicians, accurate compounding, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or equivalent, possesses an active license, and has 2+ years of compounding experience, including USP <795>/<800> knowledge. This full-time position offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree E.g., Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Active license to practice pharmacy in at least one state.
• Minimum of 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding.
• Solid knowledge of USP <795>, <800> and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong math and calculation skills for dose verification.
• Ability to pass respirator fit testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
• Proficient in English and Windows-based systems.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
