Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to join a leading health and wellness organization recognized for excellence and innovation in patient care. The role requires supervising pharmacy technicians, performing and documenting compounding and quality checks, and ensuring compliance with USP, BOP, and state regulations.

A PharmD or equivalent and an active Arizona license are required. Experience in non-sterile compounding and multi-state licensure is preferred; competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Arizona Pharmacist License.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 800, and pharmacy regulations.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to undergo respirator fit testing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English and Windows-based systems.
• Multi-state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Perform and document compounding and quality checks.
• Verify formulas, records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Support training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Maintain compliance with USP, BOP, state, and federal requirements.
• Perform patient counseling, dispensing, and drug utilization reviews.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge on compliance and regulatory matters.
