Responsibilities

• Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged and ready (bottles, caps, pumps).
• Double-check component numbers and ensure SAP paperwork and stickers are correct.
• Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods; prep pallets.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records; act as quality gatekeeper.
• Back up Equipment Operator and assist with training new team members.
• Perform quality audits on labels, batch codes, and product standards.
• Keep workspace clean and compliant with FDA and company quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous process improvements.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accurately.

Production Support Associate

As a Product Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything flows smoothly and meets our high standards in every way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps.
• Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
• Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer.
• Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality.
• Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
• Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards.
• Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
• Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
• Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care.
• Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
• Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned.

What We Need from You:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety standards.
• Experience with SAP and HMI systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others.
• Strong time management and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Be able to work in a climate-controlled, moderately loud production area.
• Stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
• Navigate around motorized equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
