Job summary

Strive Pharmacy is actively seeking a hands-on Compounding Mechanical Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot equipment across the compounding lab. You will work with the Facility Manager, Pharmacists, and technicians to maximize uptime and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, training, and supporting production with a proactive, safety-focused mindset in a Mesa, AZ environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license or registration in good standing, as required by applicable state regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues; complete basic repairs and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Support critical compounding and production equipment including cabinets, balances, filling machines, printers, and conveyors.
• Assist with calibration activities and keep audit-ready records; support USP and State Board requirements.
